Dylan at the helm of Gauteng sales team


RPC Astrapak welcomes Dylan Groves as Regional Sales Manager in Gauteng, heading the Johannesburg sales team and being responsible for existing customers as well as business development in the region.

Having previously held the position of National Sales Manager for Anton Paar Southern Africa, Dylan’s appetite for sales and customer centricity is the blood that pumps through his veins.

“Customers are essential to our business and I believe in a culture and leadership style that embraces customer centricity. The complete service experience for the customer must be positive and beneficial, both before and after the sale, to continue a fruitful relationship,” said Dylan.

Coming out of the scientific industry, Dylan was attracted to the pace of FMCG. This pace, together with RPC’s exceptional innovation and technology prowess available in South Africa through RPC Astrapak, enticed him to join the company. He believes, in this highly competitive industry, that a “consultative collaborative solutions selling approach will differentiate us in the face of the customer”.

When Dylan is not busy at work, he finds time to relax by spending time with his wife and two daughters while occasionally enjoying a round of golf.
